To help keep down the cost of our products, we normally provide technical support via email only. You do not have to be a registered user to receive email technical support.

If you need help with Garden with Insight, StoryHarp, or PlantStudio,

  • First, check that you have the latest version of the software. (For PlantStudio, check our change list for problems that were fixed in new versions and beta versions.)
  • Second, make sure youíve exhausted the resources of the product's help system. Use the help system index to search carefully for information about the problem. If you are using PlantStudio or StoryHarp, try using the Find tab in the Windows help system Help Topics window.
  • Third, check our Frequently-Asked-Questions pages:
  • If you still havenít found the answer to your problem, send email to We will respond as soon as possible. We try to respond to all support email within two to three business days.
  • If we cannot resolve the situation via email, we may ask you to call us.
